"I picked up diner to bring home. I ordered a white meat 2 piece extra crispy and a 3 piece original. Got home and opened up to find both two piece extra crispy. I got charged for what I ordered, not for what I received. Very disappointing that we couldnt get what we ordered and paid for"
"I went to the Green Valley location twice yesterday and both times they could not get my order correct. Twice I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy. The first time I was given coleslaw ( yes I should have checked before leaving) The return visit I asked for what I ordered I had to pay for their mistake and they still refused to give me gravy. So I had potatoes and no gravy. The customer service sucks! We will never return to this restaurant. It needs a complete overhaul including a management team that will make sure the location is clean, food is fresh and orders are accurate."

The last time I made a purchase at this store the person at the drive thru had a terrible lackluster attitude and did not even apologize for spilling our beverage on to my lap. But she did offer to provide another one. This time I was very pleased with the service. The only negative was not understanding how and where to pick up an online order. Great improvement at this business."
