"HORRIBLE yall need to retrain ur employees on how a drive thru works waiting 16 mins while lane two was being helped. that’s insane then the service was rude u need to get that zulama girl out of there and put someone who can actually do their job"

"Fast food? Not here. Pulled into the drive-thru on my way to work, place my order, paid for my order then was told to pull around the front to wait. When I got to the front there were three cars in front of me waiting for their food I waited 15 minutes called was told our food was coming out. 5 minutes later I had to walk inside and get my food one car gave up and left this is the second time this happened to me at this one location I stopped using this location for this very reason Very poor managed store. Yeah their employees are worth $15 an hour"

"Received cold food, drove back to get it replaced. Was blown off while they assisted other customers who arrived after us. Poor service and food. Ended up just leaving the cold food there and grabbing hot food at the McDonald's in sahuarita. Night crew needs extensive training. A complete fail all around."

"Purchased Coffee and a burger. Burger extremely dry. Asked for cream and sugar on the side, and was given a coffee with it all ready prepared. I like to prepare myself to control sweetness. Realize brand-new McDonald's and they are getting all their ducks in a row. Will continue to visit. Close to home, courteous staff. Brand new beautiful bldg."

"The staff are some of the nicest I've ever encountered in a McDonald's, very polite, attentive, and apologetic if something is incorrect. The food is exactly like it should be, no old oil taste, or cold fries. Side note: the old school diner uniforms are so cool and not what I'm used to seeing coming from the easy coast"
