"They barely get a 2 star because the ice cream is amazing but the service is horrible. We came in at 8:15 and the lady that served us started of by telling the 4 of us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody had even asked for a sample yet. Then as we were ordering she said oh yeah the lobby closes in 10 minutes. On top of that there was a guy in the parking lot with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes this was after the fact that I tried to ask him where to park so this didn't happen. I don't think he spoke English but if he did he didn't care. I'm attaching a video."

"Service is always good and with a smile,,I don't know how this morning crew does it but whenever I'm here it's usually pretty busy but they seem to have a system down that's working for them because all I ever see is happy customers, thanks to the crew at Dunkin donuts for always doing your best for your customers we appreciate it"

"If I could give less stars I would. They handed my Uber this drink with all of this missing, thinking it’s ok. It clearly didn’t spill in the bag because it’s sealed and there’s nothing in it. Did they spill my drink and not replace it? Ridiculous. I’m not one to complain about a lot but I at least want what I paid for. Dunkin has gone down hill. It’s a shame I can’t even order a coffee, wasn’t worth the 11$"

"Love my D and D. This is a nice location as it also has a Baskin Robbins’ if you want ice cream. My coffee and doughnuts seems very fresh. Lots of young people working here. The coffee should have had more sugar in it and I think they made a mistake even though it was labels as having sugar. So maybe taste your coffee before you leave the counter. VictorB"
