"I was visiting this small town and a couple locals suggested Joe's Place, so I decided to chance it. I was greeted by the bright smile and warm greeting of Nicole. Right away, I felt welcome and any reservations about trying out this new place evaporated. We discussed menu items, and I settled on a Carne Asada burro with cheese, salsa and guacamole, but not the beans. She confirmed my order and was gone. To my surprise, my food arrived within just a few minutes - hot and fresh. As I took my first bite, I confirmed my choice was golden. The meat was tender and perfect cooked. It was not way over-cooked as many places do. The salsa within was a bright balance of flavor and heat. The tortilla was fresh, like it was just made. After a couple of bites in, I realized the guacamole had been missed, but I was enjoying what I had in my mouth so much that I didn't want to let it go! Clearly a five-star experience. I definitely recommend going out of your way to stop here."

"Though this resturant could easily be missed being a smaller building, it is certainly not lacking in authentic tasting Mexican food. We tried their bean and cheese burritos, cheese quesadilla, and tostadas. Each item tasted so good! We want to go back soon and try more items on the menu. They have fresh ingredients like salsa, limes, etc out where customers can add even more flavor to their plates. The staff were friendly. We highly enjoyed our visit!"
