"It's the same quality of any McDonald's just in a bad part of town. I don't recommend eating in the store, many homeless drug addicts around and it's scary at night. Go through the drive thru or go to another McDonald's."

"I understand this restaurant is a high volume place but when only one line at the drive through gets taken first while you wait almost half an hour is ridiculous and for them to not be able to take your order at the speaker is worse. Still had to pull up to the front and wait longer. Don’t waste your lunch time here! Turn that smile upside down!"

"My family visits this location at least 3 times a week whether it be for breakfast or after school snack. The food is always fresh and hot, the employees are very friendly. We never have issues using the app or receiving an incorrect order. Highly recommend this location above the rest!"

"Valencia night shift has some kind of problem going on cause first they tell us their only taking cash, when we come back five minutes later their magically taking card again. We put in our order and pull up to pay just to have to replace the order cause the first one somehow got canceled. Pull up to the pickup window just to be told we can’t get our drinks now for some stupid reason after two other employees said the machine was working fine, so asked for a refund on the drinks and they magically appear. This didn’t happen once; this happens all the time with the night shift!"

"Second time didn't get my order right. Even though they repeated thee order to me. Need better costumer skills service. And or trained for there positions. Here again and I see costumers upset for thee wrong orders. SMH.. PLACE LOOKS GOOD"
