"I’ve been to Shelby’s Bistro about six or seven times and I’ve always had an amazing experience. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the restaurant is nestled nicely in a scenic area of Tubac. Both the wine and food menu have a limited selection, but it’s perfectly curated with a variety of dishes. I’m yet to try every combination. Shelby’s Bistro is a must visit location if you’re ever in town!"

"Ever time we come to Tubac, we end up here. From the great food and beverages to the overall ambience and fun. We've never had something from the menu that failed to impress. Highly recommend the salads, pizza or sandwiches. The burgers are great too. One of the gems here is definitely the wraps. Try them all!"

"8/16/2023 We were recommended this place by the owner of Lily's gallery. I ordered Shelby's burger with fries. After the first bite of the fries I was stuck just eating that. Some of the best fries in Southern AZ! After I got down to the last couple of fries then I finally had my first bite the burger. The patty was nicely grilled but could have used some more seasoning to it. It included some caramelized onions which helped tremendously. As a dessert we shared a coffee ice cream brownie. A little too much ice cream for me. I wish there was a little more brownie to it but that's just me being a glutton. Definitely check it out if you are in Tubac or near Tubac."

"If you take a road trip from Phoenix past Tucson to Tubac, you MUST visit this place for the MOST AMAZING FOOD and super efficient and friendly service. A great little Cafe with a great patio that has spectacular views of the ginormous Santa Rita mountains of Green Valley. I've been coming here for years and not much ever changes - which is a good thing. EAT HERE!"

"Loved this quaint little bistro! The service was outstanding. Everyone was super friendly. The food was extremely fresh and delicious! The menu was accommodating to vegan, vegetarian, and anything in between! They even had wonderful live music!!!"
