"For the last 13 years, my cars have been serviced here. Today Jesus in service and Manuel a mechanic we fabulous. They helped and explained everything I needed for my 2017 Nissan today. I appreciate the service department greatly. The oil changes and minor repairs have always been perfect and the charges reasonably priced for a dealership.. They alert me when brakes and batterues arent performing well and I truly rely on them for my safety. I enjoy my rides home in the courtesy van . The driver is polite and a joy to converse with. "The collision dept manager Roberto is a very rude and inconsiderate person. We took our car to geet body work done and upon leaving the car we asked for a service doc showing that the vehicle was dropped off. He did not want to give us a letter showing the vehicle was dropped off. He just grabbed our keys and said take your car! After his rude amd unprofessional behavior I asked to speak to the manager and he said , "I am the manager" and laughed. I asked for the owners email address and he would not give it to me. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I do not recommend this facility. If they treat their customers that are paying for work to be done imagine how they will treat you once you buy a NEW car from them. I highly advise to stay away from this dealership and spend your money at a dealership nearby."
