"The service was unacceptable. I would give zero stars if possible. I had an appointment to install new tires, but the mechanic did not take my car in for over 45 minutes. Instead, he prioritized another car that did not have an appointment and started working on it. I verified with the other customer that she did not have an appointment. This was inconsistent with their policy and different from my treatment, as they had refused to take my car two days ago when I came at 8 am without an appointment. There were no other cars, but I still had to spend about 40 minutes to book an appointment for a different day. Why did they accept a walk-in customer now? This showed a lack of professionalism and inconsistent policy and attitude towards customers. When I informed the manager that I had an appointment and my car was still waiting, she instructed the mechanic to do his job. However, I observed that he installed the tires on the wrong side (rear end) and I had to correct him again. He demonstrated poor skills and attention to detail. The lady who checked me in had clearly written the instructions on her tablet correctly and confirmed with me, but it seemed that the mechanic resented me for complaining to the manager. Later, he left my car unfinished and resumed helping the same customer (who came without an appointment) by changing her car battery. It had been 1.5 hours past my appointment and the job was still left unfinished. After the installation, it took him another half an hour to put the rim back on the tires, pull the car out, and hand the keys to the front desk. I had to remind the manager again that my car was ready but needed to be pulled out. I spent more than two hours at Walmart Auto Nogales, witnessing unfair and biased treatment. I hope this review will alert other customers."

"Came in for an oil change and before even looking at my car he says your car has the check engine light on right? And I told him yes it does. He told me sorry Walmart doesn't work on cars that have check engine lights anymore due to liability issues. Now that doesn't really make any sense to me but guess it's their decision. I'm never getting an oil change there again though because I never drive brand new cars that don't have the check engine light on haha. The guy wasn't rude, I'm just disappointed in Walmart and i bet they will lose half of their regular auto maintenance customers."

"Workers were very friendly but don't advertise that your auto center opens at 7am if you don't open your garage doors until 7:20. I was the second vehicle to pull in before it opened, didn't get helped until 7:30 and my oil change didn't start until after 8am."

"I attempted to buy some tires there. The guy asked me what size tires I had. I told him I could give him the type of car I had. He put it into his computer. He then said it was giving him too many options and needed to know what the sticker inside the door said. He asked me which one was my car. He saw where it was parked and told me to go take a picture of the sticker so he could see what it said. Mind you there was another employee there and he could have gone out there himself. That right there told me that they don't know what they are doing and don't really care about customer service. I left and went to a local tire store where the associate right away went and looked at that sticker himself!!"

"WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!! I bought four Goodyear tires from this place brand new.. I spent around over $650... They bent one of my rims and did not want to take responsibility for bending the rim.. The guy that worked there could not get the tire off the rim so he ended up bending my Rim trying to get the tire off to put the new one on!!! DO NOT go to this place for your tires! You will regret it!!!"
