"They are super friendly here. I have ordered a breakfast sandwich twice now though the drive thru. I usually just get coffee but have decided to give breakfast a shot. Both times very, very disappointing. The sandwich is so burnt it is hard and black. I know you can see it clearly before you put it in the bag. So why send it? Would you want that?"
