"First time here. OMG, the food is amazing. So refreshing. I had the vegetable pho. What a comfort food. This restaurant is an extremely nice change for this town. Our server was really nice and answered all our questions regarding the different food. My friend had the crispy noodle beef. And it was delicious, of course I had to try it. "At the end of the day the food here is VERY VERY good. It truly does speak for itself. That being said, I'm just sharing my experience and that's it. Our waitress was very kind, but seemed to be very inexperienced. Most of the wait staff there gave that impression. There's no hostess stand so everyone kind of congregates around the counter/ cashier. It looks a bit unprofessional. The menu doesn't quite look put together, BUT we went during the soft opening. This is my observation and my first impression. When I brought these observations up to my daughter who was with me, she said so what! Those things don't matter to her and I assume wouldn't matter to others. I personally like a bit of professionalism and a polished look for a sit down restaurant. But again let me reiterate that the food itself was delish and we'd be back."
