"Our heat and AC had been controlled with a remote control. The transmitter of the system failed, and we needed to have it replaced with a hardwired thermostat. Foothills RV was very attentive, returning our call quickly and getting this on the schedule in a couple of days. When the system failed to work the next day, I called them back and they sent the tech out who found a missing ground connection. This was all taken care of in a very expedient manner with a very knowledgeable technician and what I consider to be a very good company to do business with. thanks Mickey, thanks, Don!"
