"Tried to purchase a TV on sale, but it wasn't in stock at the store. They said I could pick it up in 10 days at the store. 10 days go by and the order is delayed and it's no longer available. I go to the store and they can't give me any details on shipping or where it is in their system. They offer a much inferior TV for the same price, and it's in stock. I'm told the one I purchased would not likely be delivered as it's no longer offered for sale. In addition, an email I received said my credit card wouldn't be charged until the item was shipped. My credit card was charged the day I put in the order. I did get the charge reversed when I canceled the order but looking on line the next day I noticed the very same TV on sale again but at a higher price than my original order. Bottom line. If you can't pick it up at the store the day you purchase it don't bother with their ordering system because it more than likely will not get delivered."
