"I did an online order for 2 sandwiches. When I went over to pick them up apparently I stole my own sandwiches. When in actuality the 2 worker Daisy and Maria gave my order to someone else and not following through and checking if it was the correct order. They had me standing and waiting so they could both check the cameras to make sure I was not lying. I had my card, email and confirmation on my app but still not enough proof for them. They decided to re make my order and continued to scold me for not telling them I was going to pick up my order a little late. Once my order was filled I called the store to get their names and it took them the 4-5th time of me calling to answer. I asked the associate who answered the names of both the people helping me then I told them how am I to follow your instructions on calling when I’m going to be late for my order if they cannot answer the 1st or 2nd time I called. The person argued with me telling me they’re on a lunch rush so they were unable to answer. Maybe that’s a problem you need to tell your store manager and not tell a customer of your frustration. MARIA AND DAISY if you have time to sit in the office checking the camera to see if I’m going to steal buy one get one free sandwiches there wouldn’t be a lunch rush."

"Home girl looked lost when I asked her for a pizza, the she asked me if I wanted pepperoni on it too. I could have sworn it always came with pepperoni. Either way a month before I had came like at 2am after a gym session and I kept knocking and ringing the bell. The same lady just acted like she couldn't see or hear. But this location is open late so it I can't hate"

"The manager Rosario is very rude, she does not listen to a word you know say, I spend close to $40 twice a day with subway on the same sandwichs, she decided yesterday I wanted a number six and not the number seven adding bacon, I told her about five times yesterday and today we are allergic to tomatoes, And the Baja sauce! We Will never go to that location again! After 15 yrs of 2xs a day. She didn’t even put what I asked for in my sandwich today and charge me $14 for it!"

"Friendly bilingual employee. Everything was stocked up and cleaned up. Bread was also fresh, and she had more fresh bread baking. Fresh add on toppings. Bathrooms were also clean. Flavor of the soup was delicious, not watered down."

"This is a review from a cater delivery driver. I drove 25 minutes to pickup a $400 order for the charter school down the street. The workers were all sitting down eating food together, one lady checks for the order and says they don't have it and sends me away. I call the customer just to be sure and she has her receipt and called the store for me. Long story short they put me 45mins behind and I lose all my remaining deliveries for the day."
