"Service for windshield replacement was quick and was great overall. A few things that I noticed that I thought shouldn't have been there was the windshield wiper arm was not set to the default position (Tesla model 3). Because of this, I had to find out that there is a nut that needs to be loosened, lower the arm, then re-tighten the nut. Then, the radar mount that was attached on to my rear view mirror was loosened enough for them to do what was needed but never put back to how it was before and caused it to fall. These are small problems which I can and will fix but just feel that they should have not been there in the first place after pickup."

"I’m not sure if this was the best the technician could do as I still see the impact on the window as shown by a fingerprint smudge. On the front side, you can still feel the crack with your finger and there might still be small specs of debris inside. But for $35 and about an hour and a half wait, the damage was definitely reduced by about 80% of the original impact size. I’m hoping it will hold."
