"They never have pizzas ready..... Sometimes is better just to order thru pizza hut & wait 15 min. Instead of ordering from this place and wait from 20-30 min for a hot n ready"

"Don't place online orders here for pick up cuz they never do it! And everyone there is always clueless and the excuse for everyone that works there is," I just got here ! " Or they always say they have no staff on board, I have been to many other little Caesars with short staff and never had this problem only at this one ! I try to avoid going there but I rather eat the poison at pizza hut then to wait at the little Caesars for a meal that will take an hour or so to get it done. Because it was never looked at online, Make That makes sense!"

"Placed an online order, got my notification that my order was ready. Show up, got to the self help box, my order said it was there ready on screen. NOT ONE employee knew where my order had been. They said they lost the order and would have to remake it. That is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. They did absolutely nothing to try and make up for their mistake. Everything from customer service to management is horrible. I expect my Pizza to be ready and there when I order it an hour in advance, especially after I get a notification saying such!"

"Dasher. The price is great. It is a favorite with DoorDash customers. DD and LC should consider reworking their process. Ex. I get an order for LC. Arrive at store and a 2nd order comes in. I except the 2nd order. (Not anymore). There could be 10 pizzas between the 1st and 2nd orders. It's not fair the 1st customer must wait an additional 20-30 min. I am sure the business relationship is beneficial for both. Please reconsider the process."

"Ordered online. It said 20 mins 20 mins later I got there. Was told it would be another 20 mins. Waited for a hour. Was told they lost my order. Got a refund. Wasted my time. And my young daughter is upset she didn't get pizza. Now in just angry. Idk what's going on here but they need to fix something."
