"Absolutely sublime. The owner, Eligió, is totally committed to perfection. Everything was exceptional but a few dishes were WORLD CLASS. The sangria is made in house, and it’s fantastic. We had the strawberry soup and fried milk for dessert and the presentation along with the flavor blew my mind. We are often in Vegas and will be making a tradition out visiting this place. "The most delicious food I've have in a long time. And I've eaten at pretty much every restaurant in BC. A taste of Spain right in Boulder City. The owner/chef is from Spain. Makes everything from scratch. Beer & Wine & water imported from his hometown in Spain. The flavors! Unlike anything you've tasted in Vegas. So flavorful and fresh! Great mix menu for Vegan/Vegetarian/meat eaters. I love how we can try so many different styles of food in Las Vegas with Chefs from all over the world. Impeccable service!
