"It is the worst sandwich shop.The employees look so unprofessional.Unhappy slowest place i've ever seen"

"I placed my order at the machine in the drive thru. I drove to the window and waited over 15 minutes for any acknowledgment. Erica finally came to the window and asked me if my order was the meatball one. I said yes and she started closing the window. I asked if she knew how much longer it would be. She gave me an annoyed look and said they were busy. I asked again, stating I only had about 20 minutes before I had to be back at work. She acted like I was bothering her. At that time, she said they only had wheat bread. That's not what I ordered so I asked her to cancel my order. SORRY Subway, you just lost a customer. Remember, there are other restaurants in town. This is my first review that I have posted, but... I felt it was necessary."

"There was an online order for 5 subways. So we had to wait 20 min before we could place an order. Pathetic service. They should have kept separate staff for dine-in orders."

"This is no reflection on the workers. They do their very best. In regards to ownership, this place is always so understaffed. If you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes for a sub this place is great. The owners should invest in their employees and better staff this place."

"I had a very poor experience with Hannah at Subway. From being flipped off and being told that I am rude every time I come through the drivethru to being made a sub par quality sandwich because Hannah does not like me… I was also told that I should find another subway. I have called the area manager 2 times with no response. Does not seem much like they care… The menu prices in the drive thru do not match what they are asking you to pay, and every time I go they are out of something that I want. I tried to order soup for like 2 months straight and was basically told they only have it if the manager decides to pull it out of the freezer. I have had many good experiences with other employees and the quality of the food is usually pretty darn good. Definitely disappointed and definitely not going back if Hannah is working there."
