"They did not have good food I found hair in my food and I didn’t get the correct order chicken was raw my drink was leaking because they didn’t put the right top on it unfortunately we were traveling so we couldn’t go back to address the issue there phone goes straight to a fax machine making hard to communicate they don’t even deserve a start the food was a 0 everything deserved a 0 very bad customer service obadivan he wasn’t even listening DONT EVER GO THERE!! Will not be back"
"ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! I went through drive thru and cashier/manager Jezabell F. Got upset when she asked me to move foward to the parking lot and they will bring out my food. I politely said I would prefer to wait right here and she did not like my response at all. Employee tells me that since I won’t move foward then I won’t be getting fresh food, I proceeded to ask her what does she mean I’m not going to get fresh food and then I asked her if this is Carls Jr policy that drive thru vehicles must move forward when asked or they don’t get their food fresh and she said yes it is policy. I asked her where does it state that, is there a sign anywhere that informs customers of this and she said it’s policy and your just don’t get fresh food and she closes the drive thru window on me and looks at me and shrugs her shoulders while she throws her hands up and says “oh well” I could not believe the rude service I was being given. I started to honk my horn because at this point I don’t even want their food anymore and she is there standing with her back towards windows and proceeds to ignore me when I know she can hear my horn. I see that she walks to the entr of their kitchen and she talking with another male employee who then peeks over looks at me and the both giggle and then she walks to the back kitchen area. Now in thinking this girl is going to do something to my 3 star meals that I ordered for my kids and I don’t feel comfortable giving my kids this food. So few mins later the young man hands me my food at drive thru and I ask to speak to manager and that is when she comes back to window, go figure she would be a manager, anyways I ask her to please tell me where their policy is stated that you have to pull forward and she says I’m not dealing with you and hands the bag. I either grab it or let it fall do I grabbed it and I’m upset and I want an answer so I go inside and her and the employees are laughing when I walk in right at the front counter. I ask to speak to someone else in charge and there was non one else available and mind you the whole time I’m speaking to manager Jezabell she has her back towards me won’t even give me the respect to turn around and look at me. I asked her tell me where is this stated that it’s policy and she is ignoring me and so I left and on the way out I did call her a B…. Which was wrong of me but I was mind blown by the rudeness and disrespect I just experienced. Employee gave me 3 fries that were brown , cold and soggy she definitely wasn’t lying when she said my food wouldn’t be fresh. My hamburgers looked as if they were old and had been sitting. Needless to say I did not feel safe feeding my kids that food not knowing if employee could have spit in the food or something. I wouldn’t put nothing past the employee considering the service she had given me. I decided to go back the next morning to speak to manager. I spoke to shift leader explained the situation and she asked me “ do what is it you want me to do?” I tell her I want a refund! Shift manager pulls out her phone and walks to the back is back there for a few minutes and then comes back up and tells me they can’t give me a refund. I asked why? She says because I should have brought the food back lastnight . I proceed to her and the manager she has on the phone cause at this time she has her on speaker and I’m telling them nothing would have gotten resolved lastnight as the girl wouldn’t even speak to me she completely disrespect me and then ignored me. The shift leader than hands me phone to speak to manager Susana and she tells me that I should have brought the food back lastnight and that it is policy that we move forward and so on. She was trying to justify employees actions and I argued my point and in the end I got a refund but Susana asked me to come back the next day because she will be there to do refund because if a shift leader does it raises red flags with higher ups. So they are good at covering up their rude customer service. Will never return again!!!"

"So its been awhile since I really had food from Carl's jr. The last time I did I really wasn't a fan, there were better places. Well this weekend coming home from Arizona I stopped in since all the other places were packed. And to be honest I was really surprised by the quality and taste of there hamburgers. I ordered the superstar meal and it was great. Fries were cooked perfect and I would have never thought. Whatever they did it is now a place I will go to and the prices are in line with what's around now. Thank you for a great experience."
