Del Taco

"Within the last week and a half I have attempted to stop by the store almost once a day. Unfortunately for myself the store claims to be 24 hours 7 days a week however I would show up around 5:30am to 5:45am and they would be closed even though it is there posted hours. I thought I got lucky the past two nights however while the food was decent, The woman in the drive-thru, as well as I'm pretty sure it was the same woman that handed me the food at the window was very rude and unprofessional"

"This is the third time my family ordered a Fiesta pack and basically got almost no food. When I called to talk to the manager I was hung up on and when I tried to call back, my call was ignored. The red sauce burritos hardly had any beans and cheese and no red sauce. Do t bother with this branch because there is no integrity or quality here."

"I don't know what has happened to this Del Taco. It used to be one of the best fast food places in BHC! The last 2 times the food was very bad and barely edible. One time it was so badly burnt I had to throw it away plus the place had flies buzzing all over the place...most gross! This last time I went thru the drive through. I ordered the #3 fish taco meal. When I got to the window, I asked for green sauce and they wanted to charge me for SAUCE!!! I wonder if I ordered a green burrito, would they charge me extra for the green sauce?....and after I paid over $10 for a very bad meal with tortillas that were so hard they were like eating leather. I had to take the filling out of the taco and eat it with a fork. Plus the fries didn't even fill the silly little bag they were in. I know they could care less but I will not be going back. On the bright side, the girl that was working the drive thru window was very sweet and she was just doing what she was told."

"It is friday June 23rd. 7:30pm. That way, you can speak directly to the employee who handled my issue. The employee with piercing's all in his face, and his dirty hair, claiming to be the manager. "They" are unable to handle customer complaints. This is not the first, second, or third time that I've had an issue with this location... "They" were unwilling to give me their manager's name in order for me to put in a formal complaint against the service i experienced in the store. The appearance of the food in the photos is unfortunately not the first time i received such a poorly made order. I first let the employee who took my order at the drive through know that I have had an issue recently with their lettuce being wilted. They assured me before ordering that they have new lettuce out. After getting all the way home, I find my tacos absolutely unforgivably made. I would like a manager's response as soon as possible. What the kid needs to understand is that I am the paying customer. If I have an issue with my order, it is on them. Rather, "they" just got there, or they personally made the order them selves, it is their mistake, not the upset paying customer. They should be absolutely apologetic and have absolutely no issue dealing with me if they are the manager or supervisor. But this is not the case today. "I'm sorry" goes a long way in the food service industry. I also called for about 10 minutes straight all the way back to the location, and nobody answered."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely long wait in drive-thru and the girl with glasses working the drive-thru didn't attend to me till last minute.. i had a code for a shake but since i needed to spend $3 & she had already rang me up she didn't want to give me the shake she wanted me to spend another $3. Very unprofessional and therefore I won't be eating here again and I won't be recommending it to anyone else. You guys should seriously retrain your employees on customer service. also you should teach them not to sit on the countertop where food gets placed. AND PLEASE STOP MAKING THE TACOS SO SMALL ON TACO NIGHT. that ain't a deal it's a rip off‼️‼️‼️"
