"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I have never had a good experience at this location. Simply put, they offer slow food, not fast food. It took about 10 minutes in the drive through to get my 2 roast beef sandwiches, I was the only person in line. The food seems a bit stale and old? I’ve never noticed any quality issues at other Arby’s but maybe I haven’t paid close attention. The meat was stale and dry. The employees are somewhat polite to the customer but they seem to be rude and demanding towards each other. On a different occasion, I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line without the line moving and inch so I parked and went inside to order… then waited almost 10 minutes inside and was never even acknowledged by a single employee. A simple “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. I’m willing to wait my turn and be empathetic towards low staffing but I don’t enjoy being completely ignored as the only person in line for 10 minutes. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. I understand they may be understaffed but this location needs to focus on changing or redoing their systems as well as improving customer experience. Little changes that would hardly take very little extra effort could make a world of difference. It’s why places like Chick Fil A are so nice to be at… they focus heavily on customer experience! It’s mind blowing that nothing has changed at this location, especially with so many similar reviews AND the franchise to several of them saying they will pass this information onto the location management… my experience has been consistent the 4-5 times I have visited this location since I moved nearby 6 months ago. Either the management is not actually receiving this feedback or they are not taking it seriously."

"So I like Arby's in general. The option of roast beef instead of hamburger is a great thing. They have great options. That said this location always seems to have some kind of an issue. I have had insanely slow service, incorrect orders, out of certain items etc. I still go back every once in a while, but the experience leaves something to be desired every time. If you have some patience, and enjoy Arby's in general, the quality of the food at this location is always good."

"Ordered through the drive through and was asked to park out front. Waited 20 min for our $43 order. Most of our order consisted of four beef and cheddar sandwiches. Get all the way home, we live 30 min from town, and every single beef and cheddar was just dry beef and no cheese on any sandwich. Just the beef and bun. Tried to call and couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone."

"I love Arby’s but my order this time was horrible. The bottom bun of my classic beef and cheddar was hard and stale. There was cheese only on one part of the sandwich and I didn’t find it until I was almost finished. I asked twice for horsey sauce for my poppers and didn’t get any. I was on my way north bound I15 by the time I went through my bag. They weren’t busy so not sure why my order was so bad. It was Super Bowl Sunday late evening. Won’t be stopping here again."

"Double roast beef, curly fries and a delicious orange cream shake. The shake is the best part on a hot day! Customer service was amazing! Food was hot and fresh! I rang the bell before I left. It's super helpful the employees know they did a great job!"
