"This is a great place to overnight at. There are not a lot of campsites, but there are places one could squeeze into in a pinch. Great AT&T cell reception. The campground is clean with pit toilets and tables with campfire rings."
"I was here in late June, 2023, after a great snow year and the reservoir was totally full. What a gorgeous area! Super quiet, not busy at all. Although, not a lot of camping spots available, either. May not be the best place to visit on a holiday weekend because it will probably be packed."
"Nice place to spend night. Has pit toilet but bring your own paper to be sure! 5 or 6 sites."
"The road coming in is a little bumpy but nothing our 24’ camper couldn’t handle. There was one other camper here when we showed up, then periodically 3 more showed up. We stayed just shy of a week but you can stay 14 days here. The Reservoir was just a good size puddle when we arrived and getting smaller by the day, everyday we were here. Flies are bad during the day and misquotes at night. The bathrooms looked like no one has taken care of them in years, so i did a little cleaning myself. They were full of trash and many colonies of spiders. There are 5 spaces to camp, 1 without a fire pit (but right now there’s a burn ban, so we can’t burn anyways.) Down a more rutted road there are at least 2-3 more camping areas that are a little more secluded. Very quite and even if the day is hot, the nights are nice and chilled. No water hook ups and no water, be prepared to bring what you need for your stay. I would stay here again if the Reservoir had water in it so we could take out our canoe."
