"I traveled from Oregon and stayed in the Cabin for two weeks. What a unique BLAST! I loved it so much. I loved the free range goats (and drank the goat milk the entire 2 weeks). I was able to buy goat soap, free range eggs, and sample delicious goat cheese. The Cabin has a propane fireplace, so toasty. I loved the outdoor park. I had campfires, barbecue, and loved watching the chickens and their babies. This is such a spiritual place. I met other guests and travelers, and made new friends in town. What I can't believe is they have 11 rentals, everyone is different and unique. I got to see all of them, and I will be back to stay in the Sheep Herder's tent (wood burning fireplace or electric heat). JessAnn and Dale are a special couple that I learned to love. I even jammed with JessAnn (checkout her original songs on YouTube, Rumble, iTunes, Spotify)."

"We always enjoy our stays here. Dale and Jess Ann are amazing, thoughtful and responsive hosts. The accommodations are lovingly prepared and cared for. I especially love the animal residents! We were greeted by goats and chickens at our door each morning. I even got to milk a goat and visit with one of the horses. This place is more than a place to stay. It's a wonderful experience! We'll keep returning, for sure."

"We love this place! We have made 4 trips now and on our last trip we rented the whole lower park. Everyone had a blast. The kids had a ride on a horse and feed bunnies carrots. Then milked a goat and got taste the milk. They fed chickens and collected eggs. The sand pile was a big hit also. Took the quads and side by side to placerville and then we crashed a practice the band was having. By the way they played awesome! Then ended with a movie outside with their big blow up screen. Dale and Jessanne are amazing hosts! They made sure our parents had a great Anniversary! We can’t thank them enough!"

You definitely get spoiled by their attention,friendliness, care and generosity! They spend so much time making sure you enjoy your stay. The animals are friendly and so cute. They have all types for kids and adults to enjoy. Goats,rabbits, quail,chickens,horses,donkeys and our grandkids even helped milk the goat. We will definitely return again!
