"I go to the Middleton location daily and recently I have had The worst customer service. Need to train these employees before leaving them on their own. I usually go there at night and they're always outside smoking. I can sit there at the register for at least 5 minutes before anyone will even walk inside from outside to wait on me. The last time I was there bought something accidentally dated May 2021. For a dollar and all I wanted to do is switch it out since all the rest of them were all out of date. About four deep in line and the woman said I had to wait and do a refund forget it I'm not waiting for a dollar. Refund! I understand the inventory system. Doesn't mean I cant switch it out for something the exact same price!"
"Friendly customer service but don't like how they smoke right outside the front doors. My kids and I have to walk through the smoke to get inside. Also, items that are advertised are actually not in stock. They have a hard time getting things reordered too it seems. They have been out of birthday wrapping paper for 4 months! Very frustrated with this store."
