"I love this place it's beautiful and has a lot of facts about wildlife as you hike around I also live not far from here and I've always enjoyed this place great place to take the kids"
"Camp Stidwell is ALWAYS beautiful. Tonite the stars were brilliant in the sky and reflected off Mirror Lakes calm surface. This 160 acre private rustic campground, dedicated to youth is a gem."
"The campground was nice for what it is. Just an open field with no individual camp sites. There's a nice picnic shelter, a couple faucets to refill water a nice dock (there's one on each of the two camping areas), and a couple "rustic" out houses. The lake is beautiful and there's fish to be caught (I didn't catch any, but several others did. The only real problem was the yellow jackets and hornets. There were traps located throughout, but many were full to capacity and plenty of them buzzing around. For the most part, they left you alone, but eating in peace was a challenge. Overall it was nice and if our church camps there again, we'll be back. I believe it's only available for group camping, but I'm not positive. The grounds keeper was a nice older man who spent time chatting with us and making sure we were all doing alright."
"Great place for large family oriented camp. Privately owned to keep area clean and around for many generations."
"Great campsite! Unisex bathrooms are a little on the old side but better than a bush. The lake is great for those hot days. Kids had a blast. Road into the campsite is a dirt road that is fairly short."
