"How do you give 0 stars?? The worst company I have ever worked with. They just want their money. They don’t care about servicing your home the correct way or customer service. Believe their rating and do NOT give them a try. I’m absolutely disgusted by the people I have had to work with and their customer service. Update: They had their customer service rep make their comment here … I messaged them and NOTHING. It’s all for show. For looks. They don’t care."

"If I could give zero stars I would!! I had the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They were not only unable to preform the service I paid for, they had scheduled times to come to my house and NEVER SHOWED UP. They placed traps with no bait and then seemed confused why they didn’t catch any mice. I was told it was going to be a 3 week service with yearly maintenance, however 7 weeks later and they had only been to my house 2 times out of 4 they were scheduled for. I don’t know who is running this company, but it is absolutely horrible. The company I switched to and am using instead came the same day I called, already has me on the schedule for all my appointments and is $100 CHEAPER! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!"

"I am absolutely astounded at the lack of communication and ability to actually show up that this office demonstrates. I had to have an inspection done for a refinance in 2021. The person I spoke with then was very professional and was on time for the inspection. The technician that did the inspection found termites, communicated the cost and upkeep to treat them, and proceeded to take care of it in a timely manner. The issues that caused me to lose all faith in this company arose in October 2022. The technician informed me that the traps to kill the termites would need to be examined & filled yearly, I would receive an email to schedule this appointment and if I had any issues or questions, I could contact the office. I did not receive an email to schedule the maintance of the traps and when I called to schedule the appointment, the worst game of will they or won't they actually show up started. I had to call the office 5 separate times to find out if someone was coming. Why 5? Because they didn't bother showing up the previous 4 times! No calls, no texts, no emails. Nothing! When someone finally did show up at the end of November, he didn't know what he was doing and had to FaceTime his boss! He still didn't complete the job because he didn't have all the tools to locate and open all of the traps! I was supposed to receive an email from the supervisor stating they'd be back in the spring to complete the work, but weeks of calls have gained me nothing but frustration and gray hair. I will be finding someone else to take care of my home and making sure everyone I know, knows not o use this branch."
