"Answered the phone like he just woke up at 930am, I had to ask if I had the right number as he didn't say anything but hello, he said you're just calling to sell me something the morning after Thanksgiving aren't ya!? I was like no? I was trying to give you business..... he said we only do new construction now..... weird call & unprofessional...9:30am & answering his business phone like that??? No thanks..."

"At 25+ years in the field, Doug is super knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. Like other reviewers stated, he is an honest, hardworking guy that you can trust. He’s transparent with parts/pricing and will be my go to plumber for everything. I first reached out because I wanted to see if I could make a main level washer/dryer system work in my house. He installed no problem and it’s working great. Since then he’s resolved two other plumbing issues quickly and for a fair price. Now we’re onto a full basement plumbing rough in and he is doing a fantastic job. Cannot recommend enough!"

"Hot water heater went out and when I called he told me up front exactly how much it was going to be. He was able to come out to replace my hot water heater two hours after I called. He showed up on time, clean, professional, and very friendly. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to improve some of the piping that needed to be fixed also. There was no mess, he cleaned up everything, and removed the old hot water heater. At the end, the invoice was very simple, easy to understand, and most of all extremely affordable! I would absolutly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have."

"He was very prompt and very effecient. Our kitchen drain had been clogged for a couple of weeks and no drain cleaner we used worked. We went through at least 3 bottles one of which was 'guaranteed to work" but it didn't. He had to go out 75 feet to clear the lines, and he made sure it was cleaned out before he left. We have not had any problem since then. Very reasonably priced!"
