"I’m very happy with the technician that came out and got my A/C up and running. He’s very knowledgeable as well as professional and his boss could learn a few things from him. I had to wait a week just for an estimate. Then once I accepted the estimate I had to wait another week to get put on a schedule. On the day of the install I patiently waited 2 hours past the scheduled time, then I received a call that they forgot to order a part they needed and therefor I had to wait another week. I found a better company the same day and they gave me an estimate right there at my home and I was put on their schedule that same day. I understand help is hard to find as well as finding parts and product. But being upfront, honest and having good communication goes a long way regardless of lead times for parts. I’ve spoke with the owner several times on the phone as well and he was very short and rude everytime I called. I highly recommend that you don’t use these people"
