"I wish that I could give Jenn and her company a better review, but trust me, you can clean your home better. I contacted Jenn a few months ago to schedule a move out clean. The people who purchased our home wanted a professional clean. Jenn was super friendly and seemed excited to clean the home. Fast forward to yesterday, 12/31/21. I went by after the clean was completed and it was not worth what she is charging. Toilet was not cleaned, shower had grime and dog hair in it, and the kitchen sink was not touched. I was so excited to support a local business, but after reaching out to Jenn about my concerns with photos she just had excuses. She claimed she had 4 people there for 3 hours cleaning. It’s a 1,500 square foot house where two of the rooms already got carpet cleaned so they didn’t need to be touched. She didn’t offer to refund part of the money or even better just go finish the job she was paid to do. The most frustrating part is that the new owners noticed this is not a “professional clean”. I feel so horrible that there home in not move in ready. I hope Jenn can make this right."
