Most recently we were having some issues with our water heater. Jeff did a great job from start to finish. He was thorough with his explanation of the problem that we had with our water heater. He didn’t pressure us to make any rushed decisions and explained all the options. We decided to move forward with the purchase of a new water heater and Jeff got started immediately with the installation. He made sure we were aware of process and walked us through everything at the end of the installation.
