"Initially Marisa helped us when we were looking for a wedding band. She was very knowledgeable and much more helpful than the young man we spoke to at Kay Jeweler's in the mall. She offered several options, was very patient with us trying on things and let me know about an upcoming sale that would save us money. When I returned to purchase my bands, Lori (assistant manager) was the only one there. She was very helpful, personable and called the leasing place after I had questions that she wasn't able to answer. I left confident, taken care of and happy with my purchase!"

"I have purchased 3 rings from Lori. She has and is amazing. I can't say enough good about her . However, the atmosphere at this store has changed and not for the better. While in the middle of my purchase Lori asked a associate (I didn't get her name, she was a young Hispanic girl) a question and they talked a bit and the girl loudly with a huge attitude said do whatever you want and stomped off!!! Then she and another young associate say at the jewelry counter and played on there phones and were acting like high schoolers. I'm very disappointed. I had to call the manager about the financing and he was so hurried to get me off the phone and really acted like he didn't have time for me .I did comment to him about the other associates behavior, and his response was Huh really! He had no apology or I will talk to them Nothing! I will keep going only because Lori is awesome. I've spent alot of money in that store!! But, will not purchase anything from Fred Meyer Jewelers if Lori isn't there!! Totally disappointed."
