"I am currently the manager here at this location. I’ve been here since July of 2023. I was recently promoted to a multi store manager and run another Claire’s in a Walmart. I am so incredibly sorry to the people who had bad experiences. I try my best to accommodate to everyone and be pleasant. I will be talking to my team about better customer service and making sure the store is open with the hours listed above. "We arrived today for 2 ear piercing appointments at 12 and 12:15. We finally left at 12:20 when no one was there to open the shop. Incredibly disappointing. Called the 800 number and they were closed as well."

"Got my second piercing here today and it was an amazing experience! Kenna was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was very professional, let me check the dots, and asked my preference on having a forewarning before the piercing or not. Great experience."

"I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced over spring break(3/21/23 at 2pm) and I would never recommend the girl the “helped us”. She was very pushy in many ways. Very off putting. She didn’t tell me there was a rapid aftercare solution option just gave me the longer aftercare option, maybe she charged me for it, wouldn’t surprise me. I even felt pressured by her to get another piercing for someone else in our group because it was 20% off. Im so glad this is my last kid that will get piercings. I’ll tell everyone I know to go elsewhere for piercings. Anywhere else."

"So a special shout-out to this location, I called ahead to check that there were two technicians that could pierce my child's ears at the same time, and the employee said there would be two until 5:00. I said great, and we tried to get over there. We arrived around 4:45, and she asked if I called earlier. I said yes, that was me! Then she stayed until my daughter's ears were pierced, even though she was off at 5! I was so impressed. Syd (another employee) was super nice and professional as well, not at all condescending to my daughter, and great at communicating what was happening. From a first time ear piercer, it was a great experience! We got our earlobes pierced. I don't know anything different, but I would recommend this for a first time. Beware though, taking young children into this shiny sparkle place... My daughter wanted to take everything home, and I don't blame her! It was a lot of fun. :)"
