"Do NOT trust these people! My wife and I went in months ago to design a custom ring for her and order a simple band for me. The process of sketching out the ring was fun and I left my mother's ring and some diamonds with him to use. He said he probably wouldn't have it done by Christmas and we said that was okay. This was around December 2nd last year. We didn't hear back from him for over two months. We eventually went in and asked if it was done. He said he was still working on the custom one and that he still hadn't ordered my band. We waited a few more weeks and didn't hear back yet again. Not even a call letting us know it would take longer. He then told us it would be ready to pick up at the end of the week, five weeks in a row!!! Each time with a lamer excuse of why it was taking so long. Eventually I realized he was lying and taking advantage of us. I went in and demanded my property back. At first he only gave us back the ring, we then reminded him we left diamonds with him as well. He then gave us a bag labeled 'diamonds' which ended up being mostly cubic zirconium fakes. My wife told him that they were not the diamonds we left with him and he asked if we are sure and pretended to apologize about the mix up and then brought out what I can only hope are the diamonds I left with him. They are real at least. I handed him the first bag he gave us back to him and he said we can keep it. Because he knew they are fakes obviously. I have no idea why I had such a horrible experience with them while it seems other have good things to say but, beware."
