"I am a Vietnam war veteran and did business with them when they first opened. I stopped in the other day to sell a 3 items, the gentleman gave me a quote on the first 2 items which I agreed. The most expensive item (3rd item)that I was selling he neglected to give me a price. He then printed out the form for me to sign and sell, I said no. I see why he neglected to give me a price. He had low balled me on the price of the 3rd item. I then told him I would sell the first item which he gave an offer on, he stated no. I then walked out. Update: Thanks Sam for your response. "Went in to sell some coins today, young guy working there needs to change his priorities in customer service-there were 3 customers including myself waiting patiently in line; however, after waiting a half hour while he would stop helping those of us waiting to answer calls but didn’t ask the person on the phone if they’d politely wait so he could finish the transaction with the customer in front of us, he chose to ignore all of us in store and spending an extensive amount of time on the phone. Simply said, don’t ignore those waiting a long time to be helped and choosing who takes priority."
