Shine Bright Cleaning

"Scheduled a deep clean to last approximately 4-5 hours. 2 girls showed up and cleaned for just about 3 hours. Nothing looks clean. There is dust on every area they marked dusted, grime/scum in my shower, toothpaste left in kids bathroom sink, fingerprints on areas they were specifically asked to prioritize, dirt/sand under entry rug, grease on top of microwave etc. Nothing looks cleaned really, especially for a professional cleaner at the prices they charged. I am so disappointed. I have guests coming in to town in the morning and an event at my home tomorrow evening and now I am spending the evening cleaning what I hired a professional cleaning company to do."

My cleaning team consists of Gracey, Andrea and Aryana, they all have their checklist and go in separate places in the home to clean and meet in the middle! I have a good size home too and they do a beautiful job!! I haven't kept a house cleaner around long past their first visit and they are staying!! Finally I felt comfortable with who was cleaning in my home and they rarely miss a thing! And if something isn't to my standards I feel comfortable telling them and they fix it!!"
