Not only did the technician (Frank) keep at it until the job was complete using his ultra high-pressure water jet (making several passes through the pipe in both directions), but helped us clean up all the shrapnel resulting from breaking up a 1/2" thick piece of wafer board (OSB), rock, and debris that had become lodged in the pipe.
