"We called, they said they’d call us back. They didn’t, so we called again. They had no record of our first call, apologized and said it would be within 48 hours. Again no call back. In the meantime we bought a 500 dollar window unit to survive the heat, called them again after a week. Still no record of us ever requesting service! That is just beyond unacceptable when we are getting ready to purchase an entirely new system. I don’t want anyone else to get this kind of treatment. When you offer a service, you provide the service or get out of business. If I owned this company I would fire the dispatcher, today. Because they’re costing you thousands in lost business. And they don’t care whether your company survives or not."
