"For the third time this month was told they had no change to even break a five or 10.00 dollar bill to put in the change machine so I was only able to dry one of my two loads of clothes so tired of this business not being able to keep up with customer service taking my business to the 8th Street laundry mat from now on.at least they care enough to take care of small things like change to do laundry.should not have to go to another establishment to see get change to do business at get the red funk in out.managment should take better care of to here customers especially on weekends when they know it will be busy.wanted to do zero stars but not an option."

"Bigot! I have nothing but total distain for the manager/owner, who or whoever she is,at this facility. A very unpleasant person. This is definitely a case of discrimination. I am an African-American female. On my previous visits subsequent to September 14, the other employees and myself got along great. On September 14, this manager was was not willing to help and very inconsiderate, over me asking for a trash bag or if I could purchase a trash bag. It would not have been so bad if she hadn’t given me some ridiculous and long excuse as to why she could not help me. This really did not sit well with me. It bothered me a lot. I’m sure it was because I was black. And the other employee that was very pleasant to me on all the other previous visits, her attitude changed. I’m sure it was because this manager was there. But needless to say, on my subsequent visits I wasn’t pleasant to any of them if I had to interact with them. On October 12, the only reason I didn’t go off on this manager after a statement she made was because I wanted to finish my laundry and not be asked to leave. There’s really too many other details to state here. This person should not be in charge of anything. She needs to be removed."

"My husband and I passing through this area needed to do the wash I must say this laundry place is exceptional, well decorated with ceiling fans,TV's on the walls,clean I asked the young lady several questions about the washer she was attentive and responded in a caring manner thank you. I would for sure recommend this laundry."

"This place is so very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend it and not too pricey! Lady working right now is so sweet and helpful! Compared to how it did look this place is just so nice. Has a tv lounging area with a nice hi def flat screen, cozy chairs."
