"Update: Katrina reached out to my husband and I and offered in many ways to make things right. If you ever have a problem with your bouquet or gift delivery reach out to them, they will try and make it right by you, which shows they care about their customers and reputation! My husband ordered flower delivery for me for Valentine's Day. The bouquet was beautiful and pretty expensive, delivery was handled fine. But the next day almost all the roses were drooping. I follow instructions, it's not hot in the house and usually bouquets last at least a week and my husband ordered roses for me from them before. Disappointed."
