"Faux leather trim is the current look. This great little black dress was destroyed just before my holiday party by Frank Zimmerman, Manager of Sonjas Drycleaning. Dress was perfect, just needed freshening and said DRYCLEAN. The counter person checked it before I left. Frank has assured me that he did nothing wrong and the dress was "defective". Adamant that I would not get 1 penny of Refund for cleaning or Compensation. Pathetic example of how to retain a customer. Stay clear if you want your lovely unique items to survive. Apparently your methods of cleaning are Outdated."
"I worked for these people and they did me wrong. First they fired me saying they were going out of business. I worked with them for 9 months. 9 months after being fired they called and apologized wanting me to come back. I went in for my first day back and they replaced me with someone else saying they didn't want someone with work drama. Even while ai worked there before I warned people items might not come back to them right or will go missing. They never right the wrongs to customers and don't care."
"They did a fantastic job cleaning my wedding dress, and I saved so much money compared to going to the bridal shop to have them do the cleaning. I also had a dress altered, and needless to say, it didn't get done how I wanted it. That was no fault to Sonja and her fantastic crew. I would just suggest that they outsource a better alterations gal. Now I have to go to a wedding with a dress that is still too long and no time to go to someone else to alter it. But Sonja and her team were very kind and gracious about my situation and ended up refunding me the cost of the alteration. So I still give Sonja's 5 stars. :)"
