"The first time Laylah and her crew were here my house was spotless when they left. A very positive experience and I have continued to scheduled them weekly to clean for me. I will happily recommend them in the future as well. That didn't last always late and hit and miss cleaning and finally no show no call no clean house for Thanksgiving! I wanted to give them a chance but now don't want to mislead others with my previous post."

"We would never recommend this company. When we called they said yes and made an appointment for us. When the time came my husband went down to let them in. He say for 3 hours and they never showed. He could not call me until I got off work so then I tried to call them but no answer. My daughter went to the address listed and there were two cars there with the logo on them but no one would answer the door. Had to hire another cleaner."

"They cleaned my house fairly okay when we moved out but they kept texting me for payment when I was driving 6 hours that day. She called me names on my phone and told me "nice adulting" when I got home and paid the bill first thing. Did not represent the company in a professional manner in my opinion. Work ethic of the workers was questionable at time. Let my garage door open to the house all night so mice got into the house. She did not see a problem with that and accused me of being rude by mentioning it. She was very defensive. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a housekeeping service."

"This is a mixed review. I used this service for approximately 6 months. As seems to be the usual, cleaning services start out well, but often deteriorate over time. It seems I needed to leave a note every cleaning day as a reminder to do something that was a routine task. This was fine, however the irresponsibility is my biggest complaint. On 3 occasions in six months the service failed to come. Twice the service had written down the incorrect date of my cleaning, which I accepted at face value. But, last week was too much. Early in the week I contacted service and asked if they could clean a couple days earlier than normal as I was having company. The day before service I verified a time they would arrive as I had a number of things going on that day. Shortly before the scheduled arrival, I got a text saying they could not make it due to a child illness. I was angry, having counted on the cleaning. I texted/called the service and received silence. My house is not difficult to clean and I am a bit of a neat-nick anyway. Basically they had to clean one floor of a 2300 square foot house (perhaps 1400 sq ft) and charged me $137.50 every cleaning. I further tipped $10 on all but one occasion. The job for two people was certainly less than 2 hours. At that price the least that should be expected is reliability, which is absent for this service. Hence the one star rating. And, to be fair, they did a good job cleaning but required reminders. Also, be aware that they tend to bring a baby with them to work."

"I'm so pleased with the service that I received from Absolute Cleaning! They cleaned for us when we moved out of a home, and did such a good job that we hired them after we moved in to the new place. They went above and beyond and left both places sparkly clean!"
