"Started out awesome a couple months ago. The owner welcomed us, gave us our paid cards and recommended how to use the machines. Clean, working, pleasant place to wait. Now, the last 2 times half the dryers are out of service and a third of the washers out of service. The card readers don't want to read. We were waiting for dryers after our clothes were washed last time. This time there's a different attendant, who was hard to find and unfriendly. I lost laundry products on a non- functional machine that wasn't labeled and she didn't care or address it. She kept giving me dirty looks while I did my laundry. Looking elsewhere."

"I've been doing my laundry here off and on for many years. The new owner has made a huge difference! They really cleaned up the place. Even after people (slobs that don't clean up after themselves) have been here all day the place still feels cleaner than it use to. AND they provide disinfectant spray and paper towels so you can wipe down the tables before you fold! Which is amazing for me because I use to pack in my own. And really the BEST part, very rare are there any machines down. They're quick to fix them and willingly reimburse you for money lost if a machine does go down. Thank you new owners!!"

"Best hours (6 AM to 9 PM) easy access location (400 block of Fifth Ave), spacious and uncluttered. The huge washers (55 lbs) dryers can accommodated several laundry baskets in one load. They went the extra mile to cover all needs: clean restrooms, change machines, laundry and fabric softener machines, food and drink machines, and a dedicated outlet to charge mobile devices."
