"We have been lucky to be a client of Geoffrey's office for several years. My relatives have been with him longer. He has always been professional and a very knowledgeable CPA. Had a question for our 2018 filing. Called at 7:30 am on a Saturday expecting to leave a message. He answered his phone and thoroughly explained my concern. Just don't ever expect to walk into a professional's office without an appointment then interrupt a meeting like the previous reviewer did."

"If I could give him less than 1 star I would. I walked into his office wanting to just ask a question to see if he could help me, and he was a complete jerk. He was with some customers and just asked, “What do you want?” I then tried to be resepectful and say that I would come back another time. He then said, “ Thats good because I have paying customers here so yeah, come back later.” He just assumed that because I was wearing a nice dress shirt that I must have been selling something? I will not be going back because Mr. Arnold was a complete jerk and I will never do business with him EVER! First impressions mean a lot and I hope no one ever goes to him! If he is able to treat random people like me, who was trying to be respectful of his business like that, I will never trust him to handle anything with my finances. Also, his office was very messy and cluttered and unorganized. Please, do not go to him!"
