"This company mistrpresents the fact that they specialize in taxes. I specifically requested a meeting with a CPA, the individual we were scheduled with had a more limited understanding of taxes than myself, got my husband's middle initial wrong, refused to e-file forms that are allowable by IRS standards. The staff is rude and condescending. We were also quoted at $250 for the taxes and a "nominal" fee for the one additional form needed, This turned into a $600 nightmare. The manager is rude and of no help, and we have yet to hear back from the owner. Now I have to drive to another state in order to walk the correct tax forms into an actual IRS office due to the incompetence of the entire staff at this "business"."
