"Country Financial is an excellent insurance company overall. They did a great job getting my van repaired when I was in an accident. And yet, I’m very disappointed with Marc Flores as my agent, because he promised to send me a gift card for a referral, but he never did, despite talking to him on more than one occasion about it. Also, a friend of mine, who had referred me and a couple of other people to Marc over a long period of time, never received any gift cards until just recently when she finally received one small one. Marc has done a good job for me overall, but his lack of follow through is very disappointing and discouraging. He does not seem to understand that his lack of follow through as obviously save him money in the short run, but will cost him far more in the long run, unless he becomes a man of integrity."
