"One week before our tax return appt with Karen Alberts we were unceremoniously dropped as clients via a certified letter from today, no reasons given. Though Ms Alberts provided expert knowledge during the previous 2 years as our CPA, she also tends to "nickel & dime" clients for each and every bit of service rendered. Assuming we were dropped due to a legitimate inquiry/ questioning re- a brief reminder voice mail from Ms Alberts and were promptly charged for as part of an invoice that showed no itemized fees or units for services rendered. Very unprofessional response, Karen, not to mention leaving us in a bad spot this close to April 15 and not honoring our previously scheduled appt. Buyer beware!"
