H&R Block

"I have gone to H&R Block for years. I have never had an issue and will recommend it to all. They have the option to subtract the amount owed for their service from your taxes, so you don't have to pay at the time of service. This is a plus for me. I have tried doing my owe taxes on-line, but it was not correct. The IRS corrected my error and found that they owed me more money and paid me what I was owed. It goes to show if you don't know what you’re doing, leave it to the professionals."

She did my taxes quickly and accurately and went the extra mile by double checking her own work. I was very impressed with her. The office ladies were all very personable and friendly to me. The office is clean and bright. The office feels cozy and welcoming. It's a great location too. I already made my appointment for next year. Great experience! January 2024."

"Have had nothing but problems one after another with H&R Block. Wanted to get everything done right and they messed up on our taxes due to a system problem. Now we have to resend the tax forms through the mail when we should of had everything done right in the first place. Very dissapointed, because we were relying on that return."
