"Our dirt floor cellar flooding and although the water soaked in, we were left with a thick layer of mud. They came out and had some issues at first. But used a couple heaters and a dehumidifier. It ran day and night plugged into our electric from Thursday until Monday. It did it's job. But the price sticker was outrageous. Paid $800 when they came out to inspect it and after they finished, got billed another $700. No discount from them using my electric all those days either. So although the company gets the job done, I think the prices are unreasonable. $1500 to just to hookup heaters and dehumidifier for 5 days and pull out of the cellar a plastic barrier that wasn't secured."

"Everyone we dealt with at DR conducted themselves in a professional manner. They were efficient and proficient. The mitigation team did a great job. They were respectful of our property and disposed of damaged materials. The rebuilders were awesome, and displayed understanding while clearly explaining the process. We highly recommend DR! Unfortunately some of their sub-contractors may be a little less motivated, ie plumbers."
