They even saved me the expense of having my vehicle towed by recommending that I check for insurance coverage first. The diagnostics were extremely quick and the outcome with repair recommendations was electronically sent. Billing and payment were a breeze (sent and paid via phone) and they even allowed me to keep the vehicle on their lot for a couple of weeks while arranging next steps. Thank you Dowdy’s!"

"I have had such an overwhelmingly pleasant experience with this Dowdy's location. I am not a car expert and I get very anxious taking my car in because I never know when I am being upsold a service I don't need or if I'm looking foolish with my choices. My car is a bit of a junker and I always feel so embarassed to get it serviced because I hate feeling judged. Dowdy's is so warm and welcoming. I felt like they cared about me and my requests and took the time to really tend to my needs. They sent a list of reccomended services for me to approve or decline which gave me time to review how much I could afford to get fixed and how much I needed to wait on. 100% reccomend them, especially to young women or other folks who feel like a fish out of water when talking about cars."
