"This is such a bad experience that i’ve had. My hvac system of my commercial building got called no Heat. Before i call this guy, i’ve basically checked all of my electrical wires make sure no wires disconnected. I was pretty sure that somehow it missed communication of my control board so my heat is not on. So I decided to call the professional so hopefully they know exactly what the issue is. I chose this guy. First, the guy came out, he was really nice. He checked everything and still did not figure out what issue. I guess this guy is not familiar with commercial hvac then he tried to call another guy came out to check with him. I also tried to notice them that the issue is from the communication, thats why my thermostat was short of electrical. After all they still didnt know that issue of my hvac. They told me change the main control board but they also not sure that issue come from that main board. The shock is that they estimated about $5000 for changing the main board which they were not sure about what issue is. I declined not to change my board because the issue was actually not coming from the board that they stated. The price they charge was ridiculous too. They billed me about $1200 just for coming out for diagnostic and labor. Of course i have to dispute that. Overall my advice is you have to know what they are fixing otherwise they just direct us into something which cost us really expensive."

"I called this company to service our business's ice machine. At first I was told they were short handed and wouldn't be able to help me for a couple of weeks. I said ok and I am willing to pay for the service, the parts, the travel. Then Sara put me on hold and when she came back on she said she wanted to be perfectly clear that they couldn't come out for weeks or even months. I just would like them to say, "hey we are not going to be able to help you right now. You are going to have to call someone else." Quit lying to me and making lousy excuses."
