"The only thang is the guys were amazing who came out. They just left the dirty filters on the floor in my garage and didn’t tell me anything. Next time just let me know so I can throw them away right away not just laying on the floor in the garage. Also after them leaving I had to clean up dusted in every room and re vacuum house all over again I would say maybe bring a broom or something on the end of the shop vac so the dust doesn’t spray all over the house"

"Great price and prompt service which was awesome! Unfortunately they had no covers to place over the returns and used poor vacuums so our entire house filled up with dust. Happy that the vents are cleaned but now I’ll have to spend a few hours cleaning the whole house, wiping down all surfaces, and washing all our couch cushions, kitchenware, and throw blankets. The tech was apologetic so it wasn’t all bad."

"Had requested to clean my air ducts and vent dryer.About month later I started having to problems with my new dryer so I removed the dryer and checked the vent. The dryer vent was clogged with new and old lent.I had to go down the crawl space and take it apart to throughly clean it & vacuum it. The bathroom vent was dirty from the previous owner who had dogs. I called called Boise Air Duct Pros and complained for a refund and they would only refund me $50. About a month passes & I $30 refund. Julian I don’t think your air flow test is working. A Simple removal of the dryer to clean the vent behind it would of been efficient Instead of cleaning one vent outside of house. I haven’t done this as long as you have but some more effort and some common sense would have prevented me doing your work. I’m in the service industry too and if I drop the ball I own up to it. I’m tired of people saying The’ve been doing this for along time when they do bad work. It just makes me think they’ve been doing bad work for a long time…."
